Please note:

  • Proof of age required on demand, age of July 1st, 2025
  • Fee and R.S.O.B.H.D Reg # must accompany the entry
  • No dance entries accepted on the ground
  • No phone entries accepted
  • Last day for status change will be June 20th (notify by phone at 519-475-6287 or text to 519-535-3561
  • No status change will be accepted on the day of the competition
  • Dancers must present their R.S.O.B.H.D Reg. Card to receive their dance number
  • Dancing takes place under the rules of R.S.O.B.H.D.
  • The decision of the judge is final, and no discussion or correspondence can be entered into between a judge and a competitor/parent/guardian regarding this decision.
  • All verbal announcements will take precedence over the written program
  • Age groups will be determined by the entries received
  • All dancers must be in full costume to receive awards
